30 Day Service Guarantee

Service guarantee is on service provided ONLY on Net-Tex, Inc. installed components.  It does not include customer error or manufactured parts. Manufactured parts are honored by manufacturer warranty.  If customer decides not to repair, upgrade, and/or perform additional troubleshooting, the customer is responsible to pay for the preliminary troubleshooting at the current hourly rate. Net-Tex is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the service amount invoiced for the applicable service provided. Guarantee is void if customer fails to have and maintain industry recommended system protection features, including, but not limited to surge protectors with >2600 joule rating to include both electrical outlets and modem/phone/cable  line protection. The additional use of a UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) is highly recommended.


Net-Tex, Inc. is NOT responsible for the loss of use,  the replacement / installation of any 3rd party software, or the loss / damage to any programs or files resulting from efforts to remove viruses, remove worms, operations to speed up the client operating system, or system recovery - restore operations. NO service guarantee is offered or implied for these type services.

Free Mileage for Pickup and Delivery

We will make every effort to repair your computer system on-site. If required, we will take your system to the shop and repair and  return. There is no pickup or delivery mileage charges if you live within 25 miles of one of our Certified Service Technicians. Over 25 miles, there will be a small mileage charge applied on the initial service call and any subsequent pickup and deliveries.

Web Page Design and Development

We will develop a web site based on our understanding of the requirements and requests of our customers. It is the customers responsibility to review the design for content. The customer assumes all responsibility for web content upon review and acceptance. Publishing the web constitutes acceptance. Web content becomes the sole responsibility and ownership of the customer.

Net-Tex, Inc. web site may contain links to other sites on the internet which are owned and operated by third-party companies or organizations. Net-Tex, Inc. is not responsible for content, use of the site, use of any third-party software or the availability of such third-party sites. If you have any questions or comments concerning these sites, please contact them directly.


Net-Tex Inc. Computer Systems & Software


Due to daily fluctuations in the price of computer system components & software, Net-Tex Inc. reserves the right to adjust prices to reflect those changes. Prices are subject to change without notice.  Due to component availability, we reserve the right to substitute component of similar specifications. A deposit may be required at the time of order. All systems are custom built and are non-returnable, non-refundable. No returns on software.



Forms of Payment


Net-Tex, Inc. will accept cash and checks only. Checks returned by the bank, for any reason, will be subject to a $35.00 fee and apply to the customer's total charges due. Payment is required upon receipt of Net-Tex, Inc. invoice.


Limited Warranty

All Net-Tex, Inc. systems are warranted to be free of defects in materials for a period of one year from date of delivery. Net-Tex, Inc. promises lifetime warranty on our workmanship with our custom built systems. Components may have additional warranties by their publisher or manufacturer in replacement or addition to this warranty. This warranty does not cover any abuse, misuse or modification of products. We reserve the right to repair or replace the defective system under warranty as we see appropriate. Net-Tex is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the total amount invoiced for the applicable service and/or hardware/software provided. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of a system. We do not warrant that any system that you acquire will meet your individual requirements. Warranty is void if customer fails to have and maintain industry recommended system protection features, including, but not limited to surge protectors with >2600 joule rating to include both electrical outlets and modem/phone/cable line protection. DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE SYSTEMS, WHETHER EXPRESSED, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.


Net-Tex, Inc. reserves the right, at any time, to change or modify any part or all of these Terms, effective immediately upon publishing on the Net-Tex, Inc. web site.
